- All rates that are actual shipping are the exact cost charged by the carrier. We do not add handling charges or other costs. What you pay is what we pay.
- UPS Next Day Delivery does not arrive on Saturday or Sunday
- UPS does not guarantee 3 Day delivery or 2nd Day Air
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
- Rates shown do not include customs, duties and taxes unless specifically stated as "included". Duties, taxes and customs are determined by your government and must be paid by you at the time of shipment arrival.
- Choose USPS First Class at your own risk. First class may be up to 2+ months delivery and does not offer tracking or insurance.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
- Orders without steel: $12.95 flat rate
- Orders containing steel: $17.95 flat rate
- Machinery or large items (25 lbs+): Actual shipping rates apply
- Customers may request USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight service; actual costs may apply
Orders received by noon Central time zone will be shipped the same day in most instances. We will contact you if there are delays. We process orders Monday through Friday. At this time, carriers do not pickup in our area on Saturday or Sunday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Customers can see current shipping rates and options at checkout if online. Customers ordering via email, may request quotes current shipping rates
- Customers are responsible for VAT, customs duties, and local taxes. At this time, we offer shipping options that include duties and taxes as an option.
- Insurance may not be available for all destinations; shipping is at customer’s risk
- Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed due to customs or carrier delays
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We insure all orders by default. Add $1.00 per $100 of product value for coverage against loss or damage in transit.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
If your shipment arrives damaged:
1. Take clear photos of damage
2. Retain all packaging materials
3. Report damage to carrier
4. Contact us for further instructions
Do not accept visibly damaged packages unless opened and inspected in front of the delivery driver. Insurance claims must be paid before replacement products can be sent.
ORDER ISSUES
Report discrepancies or missing items within 10 days of receipt. Always check packaging materials thoroughly—items may be securely wrapped and overlooked.
We cannot resolve disputes related to phone orders unless confirmed at the time of order. Please request a read-back for accuracy when ordering by phone.
