Crafted by Japanese Artists in steel, each blade has a unique Damascus pattern. The double beveled blades are finely polished and sharpened to a keen edge. A step up for the knife maker wanting to create distinctive kitchen cutlery. The VG-10 High Carbon Cobalt core is clad with 16 layers of stainless steel on each side, producing a 33 layer Damascus. All hold a long lasting keen, wear resistant edge. Due to the extreme sharpness, extra care must be taken while handling and using.

Crafted to slice, dice, and chop. The Deba is a thick, heavy blade used by Japanese Chefs for boning poultry, fish and other meats. Blade is beveled on one side, flat on the other, for straight penetrating cuts. Beautiful classic Japanese design lends itself to any setting. The overall length 9-1/2", blade length is 6-1/2” x .218" tang thickness.
