Returns
All orders must be inspected withing 10 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), please call 800-351-8900 for a Return Authorization Number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, resalable and in the same condition that you received it. Used merchandise will not be accepted.
We will exchange the product or issue store credit.
Customers must pay shipping cost to return items. Restocking fees may apply.
There are certain situations where we cannot accept returns:
DVDs, Books, Machinery and Parts.
Merchandise without a Return Authorization number may be refused.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jantz Supply, Inc., PO Box 584, Davis OK 73030, United States
You must write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. This helps us route the package to our Returns department for faster processing. Returns without an RA number on the box may be delayed in processing.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
